Not very
often we look in the mirror and say these things:
How lucky I am for having both feet!
How lucky I am for having two hands!
How lucky I am for being alive!
Life is unpredictable. Now it may give us reasons to stay
alive, and in the next moment it hits hard where it hurts us the most. Today it
is looking at us with kindness and indulgence, tomorrow it might turn its back
on us again.
Life is a mystery. Nobody discovered the way to overcome
death and to live for an eternity. Love is the only thing that seems to be
eternal. Time passes by like the wind, leaving us behind with nothing more than
old memories. Only they have the power to bring back strong feelings, which
made us who we are today.
Life is wonderful! Despite the endless moments of
despair, when God seems to have forgotten about us, when all the stars fall
down, and the bridges we hardly created collapse, life is wonderful. Everything
good or bad that happens only shapes our personality and makes us stronger. It
makes us ready to face the unknown...
Ø When only bad things happen to you,
take a breath of fresh air and remember how lucky you are just for being alive,
for being able to experience everything life has to offer.
Ø Remember all the people who cannot do
all the things you can, and how they would give everything to be able to see
the seaside, to walk on their feet, or to hear the birds chirping in the
morning just for a second.
Ø Don't be afraid to give your heart to
someone. Love is the most magical feeling on Earth which keeps us alive and makes
us understand the real purpose in life. Love your friends, your family, your
partner and show them how lucky you feel for having them in your life.
